Log in problem

What can we do if i log in and entered the wrong password too many times then at the pointh that i already remembered i change my password but when i try to log in again. It wont let me to log in anymore . When i try to reset or forgot password it still says sorry we cannot confirm its you. I think my account is lock. What can i do? Please help me to reset my account.

Its still not working. I think i have to call customer service. I dont know how to use the one time password where will i enter the passcode?
