I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble making a payment. We don't set limits on what you're able to pay. If you're still running into an error, I recommend clearing your cache and cookies or trying a different web browser. If the error persists, you can reach Customer Support by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal website. Support is also available through Facebook Private Message or Twitter Direct Message.
