I indicated the wrong date of birth which problem I will have?

Hello,I indicated the wrong date of birth two years ago when I was 17 years old (because I could not registrate it in my real birth date) now I am 19 and I thought to take money from my account what problems I will have?

Paypal does not allow account holders under the age of 18.
PayPal asks for a birth date when you register so whilst you can make a PayPal account with false information the account will need to be verified to accept funds into your balance or lift any limits.
As you would be unable to verify your account it may be locked for further use.
