I can't provide FATCA informations, Due to PayPal issue

I just opened my paypal business account (Philippines). Then i confirmed my mail. After i goes to Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) information. There are notification in my account to provide details. But it's not working. After i clicked it, It automatically transferred to confirmation page. Without getting anything from me. Also that notification still showing. This is very hesitate. Please check the images. 😣
