I just opened my paypal business account (Philippines). Then i confirmed my mail. After i goes to Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) information. There are notification in my account to provide details. But it's not working. After i clicked it, It automatically transferred to confirmation page. Without getting anything from me.
