Hello, I am a Canadian living in the Philippines. My paypal account is based in America. I have received a payment and I am trying too accept it by adding my bank or linking my card but Everytime it says “we’re sorry we can not confirm it’s you”. And won’t allow me to have the payment.. how would I go about fixing this? And verifying it is me. Thank you.
