How to edit/delete automatic email from me to buyers

A few years ago I used my PayPal account for a non-profit I was part of and converted it to a business account. Once the group got its own PayPal, I converted my account back to being personal, but now whenever a friend sends me a payment, they get an email confirmation with the name of that group on it. I can't figure how where to go to turn off those emails or change it back to having my name on it. Thanks!

Closing the account would have been the better move, (or keep open for record keeping purposes until its no longer needed) and opening a personal account anew so you don't get fragmented data or info showing.

You'll need to contact customer service to fix that if the name on your PayPal account is your name now.

Log on, click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US or other contact options.

Call early, during business hours, west coast time to try to get a US rep.
