My account was hacked someone stole me 200$ from my bank account. I cannot login to my account hacker change it i now his email help me to get back my money and account. Paypal doesn't answer and my phone call. this is new account

Sorry to hear that your account is been hacked. You can try to reset your password for you to gain access again. Just follow the steps listed on this link.

If the system is not recognizing the email address anymore, there's a possible chance that the person who accessed your account probably changed it as well. You may report it to our security team so we can check how can we help you further recover your access. You may also contact your Financial Institution to check if that unauthorized transaction is covered under their Purchase Protection that they offer.

Hi, I tried this step wrote them a email but no one answer me in 24 hours.I went to the bank.They blocked the card, and they said they needed two weeks to check.

I'm sure that once we get your email one of my colleagues will respond back to you. I just cannot guarantee the time frame since we have limited staffing.

It's also good also to hear that you reported this to your bank and have your card blocked for your peace of mind. Have you tried contacting us via social media? They have some tools that we have limited access too.

my account has been hacked too, but I have changed my password through my phone. they take small amounts of money from my debit / credit card, and also my bank account each time. also made a few transfer through paypal walmart.com....its so weird. I don't even have a paypal Walmart account. they also made a few purchase from amazon, and other websites wich I have never heard of!!  and now I have a negative balance on my paypal account and paypal wants me to upload money to my paypal to even out the balance. I called my bank and 40 mins later still on the waiting list to speak to a fraud agent.

I have the exact same issue.  Someone got in my paypal account and reset my account email to theirs (I had to login to an old PayPal account to post here). 

 

Received an email from PayPal stating that an email address was added to my account.   

 

Went directly to the PayPal site and tried to login to my account to review, I cannot login.

 

Paypal tells me my email does not exist.

 

Paypal auto system is useless, it keeps telling me to reset my password, but I CANNOT, the email address has been reset and my email address was removed from the account.  The password reset will be sent to the new email and not mine.

 

Customer service number just says they cannot assist me and hangs up.

 

Email seems to go nowhere.

 

After giving the email from PayPal all the usual tests (it seems legit), plus the fact that I can no longer login.  I went to a safe device and clicked on the ("If you didn't add this email address click here", link.  Again, useless, it just asks me to login.

 

I have turned off the card used on the account and now I have to get a new card and reset all the places that do autorenewal on that card.  PLEASE PayPal give me a better solution or even just a response, other than, "login and reset your password"....
