Foreign Cell Phone Number

Need to change the listed US cell phone number to a foreign number.  Field entry not formated for a foreign number and rejects it.

Thank you for reaching out.

Unfortunately as of the moment, we are not allowed to add international phone numbers to our PayPal account. We can only have US phone numbers.
