Hi @Simbar1faith, Thank you for reaching out. If your buyer has already sent the payment to your PayPal account, you can go and issue them a partial refund. Here's how: Go to Activity. Select the payment you want to refund. Click Refund this payment. Under "Total Refund Amount," enter the amount you want to refund. You may have the option to refund a partial amount of the payment. Click Issue Refund. You'll be directed to a page confirming that your refund has been sent. Check out this Help Center article for more information about issuing refunds. Hope this helps. Take care! Hi @69line69, Thank you for reaching out. If you are looking to withdraw directly from your PayPal balance, you can only do that if you have a PayPal Cash Card. There are other ways to withdraw your money, though. The best thing to do is to transfer it to your bank account or debit card instead. Hi @Carolayanez01, Thank you for reaching out. Refunds are sent back to whatever original payment method was used to fund the original transaction. In the event that the card is no longer active, best thing to do is to get in touch with your financial institution. They may either redirect the refund to an active card/account, send the money back to PayPal, or issue you a check for that amount. Hope this helps. Take care! Nikki

Hi @IV20_KUTIE, If the payment was sent as Goods and Services in error, the best thing to do to have the funds available in your account is to have your sister confirm receipt on the transaction. Once she is able to do so, funds will be released immediately. Hope this helps. Take care! Nikki

In the event that they are unable to do so, funds will be made available to your PayPal balance 21 days from the date you received it. Hope this helps. Take care! Nikki

Hi @Ray371, Thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately, once the payment has been sent and Completed, we can no longer change the payment type. One thing you guys can do is to have that person refund the money to you, then you can resend it as Family and Friends so they won't be charged a fee when they receive it. Hope this helps. Take care!
