Every time I log out, I can't log back in. In the last 4 days I've had to change my password 4 times, and 3 times today. I've tried calling the help line but its automated and all it lets me do is change my password AGAIN!!!
I need a real person's help to figure out the problem. And no, my caps are not on. I love using Paypal but this is getting really annoying.
