Encountering Error when adding New Users

Hi, 

 

im trying to add a restricted user to my business account,

however, i keep on getting "sorry cannot process your request" error every time.

 

Last time i checked, my paypal account doesnt have issues.

hoping you can help me on this?

Hello @jeddltr,

 

Thanks for reaching out! It almost sounds like this is more of a browser issue than an account issue. Have you tried clearing your cache, cookies, and browsing history? Sometimes that'll do the trick. If not, double check everything you're selecting - there may be a little red asterisk next to something that may need to be checked / not checked.

Ive been trying to switch between browsers and doing clear cache all the time yet the problem persists.

Can you help check my account if there are any issues?

I made to to fill out all the required fields.
