Someone added my paypal add user now asking for verify and account limited

I don't know who added my add user. how to resolve it now its asking verify.

how to fixed this issue

We need to verify the identity of the secondary user(s) registered in the account: XXXXXXXXX

     • A copy of a valid government-issued photo ID showing your date of birth, such as your driver's license or passport. Please make the copy as large and as light as possible.  

We can accept the following for valid Proof of Identity:  

      1. Passport

      2. Driver's License (front and back)

      3. National ID card (front and back)

      4. Birth Certificate 

 All of the information below must be visible on the document:

     - First and last name

     - Date of birth

     - Date of issue and expiry

     - Document ID number  

     • Documentation to confirm that you reside at the address registered on your PayPal account.  

 We can accept the following as valid Proof of Address:  

      1. Bank statement, bank account confirmation, bank letter; or 

      2. Utility Bill - Phone, Electricity, Internet or Gas Bill; or

      3. Tax Document
