My name is Johan and my Paypal account is based in Cyprus. I wasn't using my Paypal account much and didn't really pay attention to recent changes unfortunately. New verification system based on EU regulations ask me to verify my existence however I am not using my old phone and need to change it. But in order to do that, I need to login but I cannot pass verification process.
What would you recommend me to do? I had created my account with a Gmail address and I can also verify latest transactions which I have receipts in my Gmail account.
I wouldn't really deal with this if I had no money in my account. If I can solve this, I will definitely add more details to verify.
