I am being asked to provide proof of residence in Canada but my primary residence is in Africa and our country is red flagged by Paypal so I must use my Canadian account. I am a duel citizen but receive no mail in Canada. I have tried to respond to their request but was told to email them directly but that leads to the exact same loop of options that don't solve my problem. I don't want my account to be limitted as I can't reach them or fix the problem easily. Any advice very welcome.
