Hi,
I'm just having some trouble with logging in. I keep receiving the message 'We're sorry. We can't log you in. If you believe there's an issue with your account, please contact us.' I have tried changing my password but it produces the similar message of 'We're sorry, something seems to have gone wrong. Please try again.'
I'm not too sure what to do. My account was in debt for a little bit, but it had money being transferred to it when it unexpectedly stopped working and is definitely in the positive as we speak, as I can see that money has been deducted from my bank account into it.

Why don't you do as advised and 'contact us' ie contact paypal customer services?
Advice is voluntary.
