I have changed and verified my new credit card on PayPal - I have an external subscription with TRDR, but PayPal keeps declining because the email specifies the old account number and when logging into Paypal only new the new card because the old one was also deleted.
What email can I use to contact Paypal directly with this problem, because the help on their account does not give email details to report this issue?
