Cannot log in

Is a phone number required now to log in ?

I was able to log in without it until now but now it keeps asking for a phone number for the stupid code

Looks like a lot of folks have the same problem and Paypal is not willing to do anything about it and not giving any other choices so I will have to do something then

No more paying with Paypal and probably no more using Ebay either

It seems that Paypal has learned a lesson and dropped the phone verification requirement for login as I was able to login without it so I will give them a second chance
