Hello, I recently received money into an old PayPal account, which I have realised i can no longer access.
The email which the PayPal is linked to, i have forgotten the password and according to !Microsoft i do not have sufficient info to recover the account. After this, I tried other ways of resetting the PayPal password, but now PayPal is telling me there is no account linked to that email address.
It is quite frustrating as I have sold an item and cannot receive the money from the sale.
Any advice would be great, thanks
