I have an old Paypal account (not the account I am using to write this message). Evidently, my website has an old page where customers can purchase a product, and the payment goes to this old Paypal account, because I have been contacted by this customer wondering where her product is. She made a purchase that is connected with my old account. When I attempt to log in to the old Paypal account, it says there is no such account. If that is the case, then where did this customer's money go? She emailed me the receipt, which has my old Paypal email address on it as well as a recent date. I would appreciate help from someone, as I have not been able to reach Paypal by phone and three is no apparent way to email them either.
