I'm trying to remove my bank account from my PayPal, as I would instead like to set up a new account. I have made sure to cancel all of my recurring payments and check that I have no pre-approved subscriptions of any kind, but still whenever I try to remove the account I get the error "Authorization is pending for the instrument." As I said I currently don't have any payments waiting to be sent out nor should I be pending any receiving payments.
