I cannot remove an old card that has expired years ago. As it says there is a transaction pending. And is using my live account as a back up account??? But will not let me pay money into it, and won't let me update that on either!!!

Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.

Thanks for your help. I don't trust anyone I can't talk to. PayPal are too evasive, and only deal with problems generically. Ps I know I'm not a f@kin robot!
