Thanks for reaching the Community for this
concern.

To protect your account, we use a complex screening process and review every payment before it's approved. This is similar to the way most banks and credit card companies work.
Occasionally, when we pass the transaction to your bank or card issuer, they can decide to decline it.
In this case, please contact them to figure out why your payment didn’t go through.
