I can't add bank account or bank card, "max confirmation tries reached" 2 days in a row.

Thanks for reaching the Community for this
concern. For adding your bank account information, you can try using this shortcut
link with any web browser on your
device: www.paypal.com/bankaccount
It will ask
you to login. Once logged in, follow the onscreen 
steps.
