Account access problem

Why I cant login my paypal account to other device. Only my phone can access it. When I logged in to other device it says "Sorry, we can't log you in. If you think there's an issue with your account, contact us and we'll help resolve it." When I click having trouble logging in and put my email it says "Sorry, we couldn’t confirm it’s you" but when I logged in it to my phone there's no problem i can access it. Someone please help me. Thanks in advance

You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.

Don't know if you got this sorted but I have a similar problem

I try to log in on my phone & it says my password is incorrect but I can login to my pc with my password with no problem

I know I am not making a mistake with my password spelling or anything.

My phone number, email  & other account details have been registered with Paypal for a long time 

The only thing is my phone is brand new but the number / sim card are the same as before

I recieved the verification code & entered it etc. 

Seems a bit crazy to me
