Account Withdrawing Issues

Hi so basically I signed up for an account for PayPal awhile ago and I thought it was a student account or something because I'm under 18. So I recently used an app which payed me $11 PayPal money and I tried to withdraw it but I needed to verify my account. So I added my social security card and passport but it declined it or something because I'm under 18 and said it was going to close my PayPal account or something. But it then said I could cashout through a bank so I linked my dad's bank and tried to cash it out there. But now I constantly get issues saying 'we are having some trouble completeing your request right now' and it's really annoying because all I want to do is cash out my money somehow and not let it go to waste. I'd really enjoy some help.

The bank account owner name has to match the PayPal account owner name that's why. Sorry, the funds will be stuck in there until you are 18 and can provide docs to prove your age and they will let you use your account again.

Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
