I sell a few items that are customized for the customer, so I need them to give me that custom information. Is there a way to add a box for notes on my checkout page, so my customer can communicate that info to me as they checkout?
Welcome to the community. Yes you can add a box for notes. When creating the PayPal payment buttons you will want to scroll to the bottom of the page, and click on "Step 3: Customize advanced features". In there you will have an option that says "Can your customer add special instructions in a message to you?". By selecting yes buyers will have a box that holds up to 40 characters for them to add customization notes.
