But clicking on "Developer Home", "Partner Solutions", "Library", "Training", or "Community" take you directly to "Page Not Found". Within Library, "Sample Code", "Sales and Marketing", and "Case Studies" are broken links. It still fares better than the HowTo page, where none of the navigation header landing pages seem to exist. The links in the dropdown menus on any of these existing pages are quite Hit and Miss as well, it seems.
Additionally, if you request assistance by "Chatting with Sarah", the entire chat log is pasted into the Header of the Document when she suggests you get additional help, and any form of additional help you attempt to obtain, from a phone number to an email address, ends up with a bad (oversize) header.
Can Paypal just not afford good web developers anymore? I work for an awesome company out in Oregon. We could fix up this problem in a Jiffy. 🙂
