I only want to use paypal for mobile payments. I don't provide online payments. How do I only sign up to get the card reader gizmo so I can bill my customers at their house?
Seems that info for Canadians is elusive, not sure why. You may want to reach out PayPal via their Facebook or Twitter account as both are supported by PayPal employees - they should be able to provide you with an answer. (One can find PayPal Here info for the US, UK and Australia - only thing I found was that it was released to small test group in Canada some time back.)
