Portland Insight Meditation Center in Portland, OR is a non-profit and we've set up a business PayPal account to receive donations.
We've just recently learned that donors who want to make charitable contributions are not able to find our business name when they search in PayPal. When we've tried this ourselves, we see that the only way we can find our organization account in in the PayPal site is by using the personal email address of the admin who set up our PayPal account.
How do we (or PayPal) set up our account so that people can find us with our business name?
