Everytime a customer's checks out from the cart and clicks on paypal to pay the gateway opens but when the login credentials are entered they are unable to login and complete the payment as a message comes with states "some information is incorrect".
For instances like this, I'd recommend asking the customer to contact PayPal Support. Issues with logging in are always account related, so their best bet is to get specific support for their account.
I'm also having the same issue with customers unable to log in to Paypal to complete the purchase. If they click on 'having trouble logging in', and then choose to reset password, paypal is saying that there is no paypal account associated with the customers email address.
I have had numerous people try and all have had the same result.
