We received a payment for an item that we sell on May 6, 2020. The payment is still pending. They paid with their personal credit card and not their PayPal account. What is the hold up? The customer tells me that their credit card has paid, but PayPal is holding the money. I called PayPal and they said is should be released soon. It is almost 10 days, that is too long... What can I do? The customer even tried cancelling the payment but that didn't work either. I need to send them what they bought. HELP Please.
