Payment does not match the amount in the subscription plan

Hi, I updated the price of the subscription plan but for some reason, the customer was billed on the previous price. Do you know what is the reason for that e.g the previous price was 500$ new price is 600 but the customer was charged for the old price the 500$? thanks
