I have an elderly customer that can not figure out PayPal. She gave me her credit card info but I can’t transfer money from it. How do I do this.

You need to get a PayPal Here set up or get PayPal Virtual Terminal. You'll need to upgrade to or open a PayPal business account. Or accept cash or check.
