Not able to receive payment

Dear Members,

Request your help in the below issue.

 

I have a website built on shopify. I have integrated paypal express checkout from shopify but when anyone is trying to make purchase and process payment through debit/credit card via paypal then users are getting the below message. kindly help.Screenshot (121).png

People buying from my website and processing payment via paypal express checkout using debit/credit card is getting below message:

 

"we aren't able to process your payment using your paypal account at this time. Please go back to the merchant and try using different payment method."

 

Please Help 🙂
