Refunding a recurring payment? #Refund #Recurring_Payment

A client asked for a refund and to quit the service provided. I refunded the payment easily enough. But I'm concerned that next month he will be dinged again for another payment. How do I assure that doesn't happen?

Hi @BoomerPlus,

 

Great question! There are two ways that this can be ensured. Either the customer can cancel from their end, or you can cancel the recurring payment on your side.

 

The steps to get to the right place are the same for both of you. Go to Settings > Payments > Manage Automatic Payments and find the subscription, then cancel.
