No Response in Charity Confirmation After Sending Documents

I have a business account on PayPal in the U.S. for a non-profit organization. I wanted to confirm the charity. I sent documents to PayPal over 6 months ago. I keep getting circular logic: I have an alert saying PayPal wants documents, but when I click on the link, its says that PayPal already has the documents and that I'll hear something within a few days. Again, that was over 6 months ago when I initially sent the documents. When I go to the Help Center to send an email, it asks for a case ID #. When I go to the Resolution Center to create a case, it's only asking me about transactions and does not allow me to create a case. I go to the Community Forum and a moderator says to go to PayPal's Facebook page. Really, what should I do about this issue?
