Please tell me where I can change the postage rates for my PayPal shopping cart. None of the Google tutorials show the same menu or paths that I am seeing on my browser. I need to make sure all customers are paying the same flat $5 postage.
Also, when an order is completed customers are taken to a 404 error screen. I want to change this so it goes to a page on my site but can no longer find where to do this. Please help!
I liked PayPal because whenever changes to the site were made I could always find what I was looking for. This is no longer the case. I've spent two hours on these formally simple things tonight and have had no luck so far. Any help will be wonderful!
