I have a very annoying problem and the answer from Facebook Concierge Support seems irrational.
I opened Facebook shop, selling kids clothing. After about a week, they unpublished my Shop (although I have not had any transaction via my web site ).
My account is in good standing: no violations, no problems or such.
After many months contacting Facebook this is their answer:
Hi XXX,
Thank you for reaching out to us again.
We completely understand your concern in regards to this matter and how important it is to get this issue solve right away.
However, as informed by our specialist team after an investigation on your account, it was found that you are ineligible to have Shops access due to potential fraudulent risk as reported by PayPal.
Hence, our team has recommended for you to please contact PayPal support for additional help: https://developer.paypal.com/support/
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that this issue has caused you.

I dont know what is the link between FB and Paypal.
Regarding Paypal, I have account with Paypal for many years without any issues.
