Hi,
A refund was issued to a customer on March 22nd. They originally paid by credit card. As I didn't money in my PayPal balance, it came from my bank account via PayPal eCheck.
The eCheck has cleared.
The customer cannot find the refund. Would it go to the original payment source of the credit card? The customer did not have a PayPal account but has now created one. No sign of the refund there either.
Help.
Thanks.

Thank you for reaching out to the PayPal Community Forum!
It may really take a few days, if the initial payment of the buyer was funded by a card. The timeframr is the same whether the buyer checked out as a guest ir if they have a PayPal account.
