Hello, I click on Confirm Bank account, and it takes me to an agreement, I agree and click on that and it takes me back to the start, there doesn't seem to be anywhere to enter the 2 amounts deposited by pay pal into my business account, so I can not confirm the account. I contact pay pal and they send me instructions on how to confirm account, I follow them and same thing happens, so I contact pay pal and go around in a loop again. I have wasted many hours on this issue, can any one suggest an answer ?
