We have been trying to change a long standing business account to a Not for Profit for over a year. We have performed all the requested uploads and even changed account owners name. And I have messaged several time with responses and questions as to why this hasn't been completed. We are still paying a monthly fee and my next option is to close this paypal account. I really want to talk with an account manager at Paypal via telephone or video. Can anyone tell me a phone number?
