I have received a payment into my paypal account of £375. ,a deposit for a holiday home. The name used in the message is my wife's name, but its my PayPal account. Im worried this is a scam, asked PayPal to resolve, but they said contact the recipient. But worried it's a con.
That is understandably alarming. Is this payment in your PayPal account and has it updated your account balance? What name is on the PayPal account? Have you checked your profile and settings?
