I recevied an email from paypal services stating that the money that was transfered to me for the certain goods im providing a customer with is beeing held,until i pay shipping fee and send the proof back to paypal. Only then will they Relese the funds to me. Now i dont see any payments to my account or any money transfer thats been held. Could this be fake?
