Here is my story,
A month ago i opened another acc for selling because i am a jeweller and i wanted to seperate my items selling in two different accounts.
For no reason ebay suspend my account.
The same period few days before i sold an item and send it to U.S.A
Day of sold was 28 September.
29 September i send it provide also tracking number.
The packet is normal to delay from my country with normal post.
In the listing i was mention that the item was located in my country!
12 of September Ebay send me a message that my acc has been suspended!
After two days because the parcel was on delay two weeks the buyer opend a case but i EVEN do anything about it because the system even let me LOG IN!!!!!!!
Ebay send me email for the case but i was not able to open the case and mange it because as i mention i was blocked even to LOG IN!!!
Result:
Paypal gave the money back to buyer.
Parcel is on the way to buyer destination.
Tracking was freezing from 29 September and today come up again say from USPS that the item is being delivered!!!!!

1/MY ACC IS SUSPENTED
2/PAY FOR SHIPPING
3/ITEM I OWNED
4/LOST THE MONEY
5/ITEM is on buyer hands
Paypal don't let me open a case
