i sold a digital service to a guy on instagram the other day and after he sent payment, i sent the service through email which i have evidence of but he filed a complaint saying " the order was made without the buyers permission" but i have messages of him saying he sent the money himself, so now my paypal balance is currently negative and its not letting me file a dispute, how do i fix this?

If the buyer was able to go through their financial institution or paypal sees that it's on a different IP than their correct location they will side with the other party and you cannot win the case.
If you want to try to dispute it you will have better luck just messaging them in the message center, their paypal facebook page, their paypal twitter page, or calling paypal to get a representative to help you.
