problem Trying to respond to dispute in Resolution Center

Hi, I am trying to respond to a dispute and when I enter a response and hit submit, I keep getting the following error message:

Let's try that again

Looks like something went wrong on our end.

 

My dispute expires on 3/21.  I've been trying to respond for a week.  The customer help window is around an 8 hour hold.  Any ides?  If they close my dispute will I lose my claim?
