my account has a negative balance this is after a transaction with my client whom i did some work for her then after we agreed for payments she paid and later raised a case claiming that she was not the one who sent the money yet i have all the chats for proofs with her kindly i need help

For seller protection you have to abide by the seller protection policy, chats / messages / etc do not come into consideration.
