jmrtrades.com not processing my 360$ amount to my shared credit card for last days

I have done multiple recharges through my paypal account using my registered email-id to my jmr trading account. On dated 10 -jan-2021 j have initiated withdrawal request of 360$ . Still it is showing audit in progress. JMR trading site doesnot have email-id even time of payment they have given wrong e-mail id. How it is possible that renowned payment gateway like paypal integrated with jmr trades .com whose not even given customer care email-id .hence requested to you to make sure that reversal of my amount to my credit card at earliest.
