Does paypal can send force my client to pay me for my services already provided. The customer usually is on time but for this one she didn’t pay and i have a bad feeling. I already provided my services how paypal can protect me against this behavior

Sadly they can't force someone to pay you.

The idea is that they pay first before you provide any service or send any item.

Try sending her a money request or invoice again?
